For those who are just joining the thread and blowing up email with the same questions being asked since day one.

Here's a recap:

  • Production of the mirrors are "months away". Just like they were "months ago".
  • They will fit 2009-2013... Which means they are probably gonna fit your 2014 too.
  • The cost is unknown but my guess is they will be between $1.00-$1500.00 US per side.
  • The features are... POWERFOLD. That's all that's known, power telescoping was not mentioned nor was defrost, but they should be "PLUG AND PLAY", so there's that!
  • Additional options like LED puddle lights, or amber/smoked/clear side markers was not mentioned. Also no mention of Black/PTM/chrome mirror caps.
So you can either read this post.... Read all the posts on the thread.... Or you read the very first post on the very first page, and you will have as much info as everyone else.

I would say less that $750 a side. Anything over that it is cheaper to buy brand new from ford with heat, power telescoping and power fold. And you can order the ford parts today and not have to wait another half a year (sorry for that but I'm impatient after waiting this long).

The factory mirrors are $600 each so I would expect these to be less than that. The less the better.

I wouldn't expect it to be a dollar or $1500 per side either. I'm sure we can all agree that it will be within the range of those numbers. We can all expect it to be around a certain price but without an estimate from the distributor after six months feels like I'm wasting my time.

Maybe I'm wrong but I was under the assumption that this would be a cheaper alternative than factory mirrors. If that isn't the case than a lot of people are going to be upset (like myself) that they've held out this long for information when I could have bought the ones from the manufacturer.
