I will say it again, YES. Change it more often if you tow a lot. It's an EcoBoost, and the oil will get saturated with fuel when its worked hard. Take a whiff of the dip stick if you are in doubt. It will smell like oil in a 10 YO lawnmower that has never had its oil changed. It STINKS. Follow the severe duty interval when you tow. The IOLM may say different, but better safe than sorry.

That reminds me, I need to get oil and filter today so I can change mine. After 3100 miles of towing, it smells awful.
