Do a search or read the owners manual. I don't remember exactly the procedure but you have to set the trailer up in the dash display and have the truck recognize the trailer before the charging circuit will turn on. 2015s are the same way.

I think he's talking about the disconnect at YOUR trailer............I have this red key looking thing that I have to turn to use the battery on MY trailer, if this isn't turned and I plug into the truck I still don't get any power in the trailer

The slides in the trailer I'm assuming. Do they operate without the truck hooked up? Might have a bad battery on the trailer

If that is the case it really has nothing to do with the truck unless you don't have a battery in the RV. If there is no battery I can understand why it is not working.

Slides not working have nothing to do with your F150. They have everything to do with a dead trailer battery. Or the wiring from the battery/converter to the slide motors having an issue.

The slide motors are DC and operate with electricity from the trailer mounted battery.
