Default Brake Life

I just got my first travel trailer last year, 27 foot Surveyor. The weight of the trailer is about 6,000 lbs loaded. The trailer has electric brakes. I have a 2011 5.0 with tow package. (which does a good job) I have towed the trailer about 10,000 miles since I purchased it last year.

Question; Would towing the trailer reduce the brake life by much?
I usually get 50,000 with my type of driving on the other cars.

Thanks for your information.

It depends how you have the brake controller adjusted and how much braking the trailer does. I'd check the pads at 35,000 miles or so.
