Default Best ramp setup for motorcycle hauling

What do you have? I'm going to need something to haul two sportbikes in the back. I've got it leveled and cranked but no suspension enhancements.
I'm thinking some lightweight aluminium ramps that can be fastened together so I can walk up one while pushing the bike up the other.
Thanks for your comments.

Well, I can't talk about sport bikes, but I did haul a couple dirt bikes and then lawn mowers when I first started my company. I went to AutoZone and bought the ramp ends for like $30, then I went to Home Depot and bought two 2x12's at 8 feet. Once you install the ramp ends they are extremely solid. I took some grip adhesive paper, kind of like sand paper, and put it on the ramps to help with wet conditions. Then on the underside of ramps, I installed two latches so I could put them together for when I needed a 2 foot wide ramp.

They aren't very light weight, but I didn't feel like spending a lot on ramps I wouldn't use every day. I ended up spending about $45-50 and they still have held up after a year of constant use.

I'd do that, but I don't know the wieght rating on a 2x12, just checked on autozone sight, they have an aluminium one for 80 bucks rated at 700lbs.

I know mine are rated at 700. I've had a garden tractor and walk behinds up mine constantly, even worked on them while on the ramp haha. But I'd say if you're doing it a lot I'd go get a nice aluminum, but make sure it's wide enough.

Aluminum the wider the better. It's always a thrill riding the bike down. Also the longer length ones are a plus.

What Length Ramps would you suggest?

I haul sportbikes to and from the track constantly. I use a Black Widow 9' folding ramp. It's wide enough to ride the bike up and down that ramp so being by myself is still really easy.

Combine that with a Baxley chock and good straps and you're good to go!

The longer the better so your bike won't bottom out.
