Default Best programmer for towing and normal driving

We have a 2011 f150 Harley edition, 6" lift, and 35's. It has the 6.0l engine. We toe our wakeboard boat with it(4000lbs plus roughly). What is the best programmer to help with mileage and torque while towing. Also how much better will mileage be with just normal driving?

Yesterday I went 280 miles with my 2011 scab with 5.0 and 3:55 gears towing a jayco 5th wheel TT 7500 LBS. This was going through the hill of West Virginia and Pennsylvania in a Rain storm. Don't be afraid of not having enough power with the 5.0 Even at the steepest climb I kept the RPMs at 3500, 50 mph in third gear, I didn't need to go any faster. At times I reached speeds of 70 like it was nothing. The jayco Eagle HT was made for the half ton. Oh, that was with a 5* SCT X3 87 perf/ towing.

With the Livernois 87 Tow Tune and premium gas, I made a 1600 mile trip with cruise control at 60mph towing an 8500 lb fifth wheel and got 11 mpg. With regular gas, the mileage drops.

Was that the 5.0 or Eco? We're you on flat roads or hills? And what was a good rpm, I was not used to putting my foot down and seeing the power at 4500-5500 and the sound with Magnaflow exhaust was awesome
