Its a Yamaha warrior 350. Like I said, fits in my 5.5 bed with just a little bit of the rear tire on the tailgate

What I would do is have a mounting system like a 5th wheel hitch. You have a cradle that is permanently mounted to the floor of the bed then the winch mount attaches to that with pins. With the winch out you will only have two low profile rails that will be say 1" high and wont affect the use of the bed at all. Run a power and ground wire plug to the back and plug in the winch when needed.

You could probably have a welding shop fabricate a mount that would use the bed stake pockets. Pretty much a piece of 2" square tubing that runs across the bed with a leg on each side that would drop down into the stake pocket.

i'd personally just get a longer set of ramps so the angle isn't as severe...
My truck is stock height and I HATE loading my Predator 500 in the back of it. I get your point of view though, a bed mounted winch would kick *** for loading it in and out, but it seems to be a bit expensive.
you could fab up a bridge of sorts that pokes up through the bed on each frame rail, and runs like a piece of 2" square tubing across to mount a winch on. Setup a disconnect like the ones below with a pair of 4ga cables that have clips on the battery to go to the winch.

edit, a great company with a kickass owner already makes what I'm describing, Tony Candella with CE Auto Electric Supply makes a "Service Style Booster Cable"

Perhaps a different style of ramp would be better?
