Battery Charging from Tow Vehicle

Battery Charging from Tow Vehicle
I was told my F-150 may not be ready to charge the trailer battery. Haven't checked voltages yet (a little cold and snowy here right now), but I may need to put in a 30A fuse in the block and might want to add a relay? I have the standard to tow package. Please advise. Thank you.

Check in the door or glove box, you should have received a package with a fuse and relay in a bag. the relay goes in slot 9 and the fuse goes in slot 21 both in the fuse box under the hood. If the dealer put them in for you check 9 and 21 to see if they are already installed

I have both max tow package and integrated brake control and mine were not installed. My salesman was knowledgeable enough however to tell me about them.
Mine were in a bag in the glove box, but some members report that theirs were in the driver;s door storage area.

Hmm...
I don't recall seeing a bag 'o parts in the glovebox when I picked up the truck. Nor did the "dealer walkthrough" mention anything about it.
Thanks all, I'll check the fuse box tonight.
