Exactly my experience with Michelin (non-snow rated) tires. They get great wear because of the hard rubber compounds. Living in Minnesota, I will not have another Michelin tire.

I've had M/S2's on my F150 since June or so. Good tires! Very quiet. I replaced the P-rated stockers with these LT-E rated tires. They do ride a bit stiffer, and the mpg dropped by maybe .5 mpg compared to the worn Goodyears. They seem real solid when I tow, but to tell the truth, I wasn't getting any problems from the Goodyears when towing, either, so. I haven't had the chance to test on any snow or ice yet, so ...

Seem like a great tire. But I think I would have stuck w/ the p-rated if I were doing it over again. I'm in the minority on this, though, I know.

I have the 114T's
They ride pretty quiet, and I think for amount of towing I do, these tires will do the job. Not my first set of LTX's. Always been happy with Michelin products...
