Default Air bags/shocks
Is it possible that my 2010 SuperCrew XLT came with factory air bags/shocks installed? I haven't found any info and there was nothing with the used truck.

I highly doubt it was factory. Installed at dealer? - Maybe.

Nope, was not an option, but could be installed by a 3rd party through a dealer, and sounds like that might be the case.

Wow, that sure does not look aftermarket. Those do look like factory brackets and plumbing, but I never saw it as an option, even as dealer installed.

By any chance is that a Canada truck?

Aftermarket. There was never a factory option. Those long generic U-bolts with nylock nuts are the first "tell". The plumbing in pic #3 is the brake lines/ABS.
