I will get pic of it today the trailer is 4,600 empty it weighed 5,100 loaded we don't haul with any tanks full. It is a featherlight. I have pulled it 5,600 miles sense February. The guy I got it from was pulling it with a 2012 f150 eco boost with topper and said they bought it new and probably pulled it 20,000 miles. It pulls great I have been to Texas a couple time Kansas Virginia Beach through The appellation Mountains with zero issues until the frame broke.

IMO The smart move would be to take the $8,000 and maybe a little added and invest in a factory built toy hauler and leave the engineering to the manufacturer. Repair the one you have to specs and sell it to recoup some of the cost.

The problem I have with that is spending $25,000 on one. There is 6 of us we have looked and couldn't find a used one that we liked that wasn't over budget or weight. I may move to a 3/4 ton this summer. The reason I have a 1/2 ton is I work out of it 6 days a week 9 months a year and 3/4 ride like crap and sit way to high. That's what I had before this. There is no real way to fix the existing frame it is crap. I could patch it up and sell it to anyone.
