Default 4.2 5 speed 2x4 supercab

I'm moving from Indiana to Florida about 1100 miles one way. I plan taking everything with me my I feel it'll be ok but I want your opinion.
My manual says max 2000lb trailer
I don't think I'd go over that but if I did do you think it would be ok.
I average each thing in my house 300lbs and I should be fine by the math.
But I don't know how much the little small nickle and dime things all together weigh.
So is it 2000Lbs at the tounge of the trailer or all together in general.

I read your door sticker as a 2003 so if that is correct then here is your answer: https://www.fleet.ford.com/resources...s/2003_All.pdf
