How do you "thank" for posting? I tow new TTs from manufacturers to dealerships around the country commercially with an EcoD with a tow tune. I'm really surprisingly impressed. I'd tow that in my truck at 55 - 58 at 2,800 ish rpms.

It must be geared well using all the 375 TQ to move the load combined with more HP than my truck to move it as fast at the same ish rpm. Mine would do it all in 5th gear but I have 3.92s.

Like less torque but offset by more HP.

Thanks for the post. I considered the ecoD and am happy to hear you think my truck is just as capable. It's possible the 3.92 makes it stay in 5th while my 3.72 makes it downshift. It was close. I may have been able to keep it in 5th if I let it slow down some.

I'll be heading to Yosemite this summer and will take some videos of the truck pulling up the grapevine. That hill is much more intense.

I'm guessing...NB 241 heading uphill to Windy Ridge. How did grade braking do heading downhill to the 91?

Yep. Grade shifting was awesome. It's actually one of my favorite things about the towing on the truck. I'll take another video of going downhill next time.

Shoot maybe I'll start doing more videos period and become of of those YouTube reviewers for the F150 2.7L.
