I see a Aux trans oil cooler on the radiator

Do I have a complete Towing Package and how much can I tow?

That setup is rated at 7500# towing and 1660# payload with ZERO options. Check the yellow sticker on you door. It will give you the actual payload so you can determine towing. eg. your sticker says "no more than 1460#" This is 200# of additional weight. Your ACTUAL towing would be 7500# - 200# = 7300#.

My yellow sticker reads 1385 lbs
So I can get a trailer between 3500 and 5000 with no problems

1660-1385 = 275. So in your case, subtract 275 lbs from 7500# which is 7225#.

A 5000# trailer should be no problem. 15% hitch weight is 750# so you have plenty of payload for you and friends too.

If you are pulling a 7225# lb trailer, you should aim for 10-12% hitch weight which is around 850# to make sure you still have enough payload for gear.

Your payload is not your towing capacity, but can be limited by it. You can load up to 1385 lbs (based on your sticker) passengers, cargo and tongue weight on your truck, with a total trailer weight of up to 7600lbs. You will likely run out of cargo capacity before you reach 7600 lbs.
