Stock fluid should be good for 80-100K, I'm pretty sure it's synthetic.

As long as you are not exceeding trucks capacities, stock Ford fluid.

You cannot tow 10,000 - 11,000 pounds with that truck without exceeding your towing capabilities... Payload boom....

Well I am having a trailer built with a 12,000 GVWR, 1050 lbs. tongue weight. and lite weight of 7,500 lbs. 30 ft. So I am moving the 4- 6 volt battery back and mounting them in the floor. My Cat Scales ticket on my truck is 5,358 lbs. with full gas, and a 7,000 lbs. GVWR
leaves me 1,600 lb. And I will have only 1,100lb. max tongue. leaves 10,900lbs. for my trailer axle weight max.
Ford specs.
Conventional/Fifth-Wheel Towing - Maximum Loaded Trailer Weight - Automatic Transmission*
3.5L EcoBoost® V63.5517100------11,900 lbs. 2x4, 11,700 lbs. 4x4

I hauled a 10K fifth wheel up and down mountains of VT, NH, CO and WY for 3 years without issue. It handled and stopped well. Upgraded to an F350 Powerstroke and the biggest difference is more power, better mileage, more payload and less comfort. Handling and stopping seem similar.
