I have seen three different Receiver Hitch Stickers on 2015+ Trucks.

1210/12100 WDH (Max Tow?)
1110/11100 WDH (On my Factory Tow Package)
1050/10500 WDH (with Ford Sticker)

Is the 3rd one what comes on trucks with factory hitch but no tow package or dealer installed?

Yep, you nailed it. I believe all F150's come with the 10500 hitch as standard. Then when you get the base tow package you get the upgraded one, then the Max tow gives you ten 12K one.

On my 2014 I had the bottom hitch and it did not have a tow package, just the hitch and IBC. My new truck has the tow package, but I have not looked at the hitch to verify numbers.

Mine did not come with the tow package. I can't believe I missed it. But, based on what you show above, do I have the tow package hitch?

I don't know if we have proven anything. My thought is some of the hitches I have seen may have been dealer installed. The FL3Z-19D520-A which is available over the counter may be different.

Do you have the little 4-Pass Trans Cooler in front of the radiator? Some of Ford's Spec Books list them as standard. That would be the most important part. If not you can always add a cooler.

My 14 didn't have the tow package and it was the lowest rated hitch, the 16 has the tow package and has the middle hitch. I don't know if there is an added cooler on the 14, haven't looked under the hood yet, but the 14 had some sort of cooler in front of the condenser. Never tracked it down to what it was connect too, and a little late now as it is all squashed together now.
