I just bought a New 2015 F150 with the 5.0L V-8 but they didn't have any left with snow plow prep package (which is a $50 option that only shuts down a few power accessories anyways) I'm in the process of installing a Meyers Lot Pro on it right now. I already have the mount and wiring installed, but while reading the Meyers install papers it had a Ford bulletin for the snow plow prep package that shows a wire behind the headlight that you are supposed to connect to the 12v power to and then push the snow plow button in the dash to disable a few power accessories. I looked and my truck has the wire but i'm trying to find out if anybody has had the dash apart to see if Ford left the harness behind the radio where the snow plow button would go and if anyone knows which wires to use so I can just put in a toggle switch to achieve the same thing or does it need to be programmed in the computer?
