2013 fx4 5.0 3.55 146" wheel base
Looking at buying a 30foot travel trailer weighting in at 6200lbs dry would I be able to pull this thing without hurting the truck? Anyone else pulled one with these truck specs?

What kind of packages do you have on the truck? Max Tow package or regular tow package? Whats your payload information and specs on the travel trailer.
We really need to know these details or else its just a shot in the dark.
Is it 30' hitch to bumper or 30' floorplan?

Well....with the 3.55 rear end you don't have the Max Tow pkg, so when the trailer is wet and loaded at more than 7000 lbs with a tongue weight plus your WDH of more than 900 lbs, it will be pushing your limits.
Look on your door for the important #s you need. The one sticker will have your GVWR and GAWRs, and the tire pressure sticker will have your payload capacity ("weight of occupants and cargo cannot exceed xxxx lbs").
What are those #s for your truck???

Like Brute says, you really need to know your PAYLOAD CAPACITY - like you see on the tire pressure sticker with the yellow on it:
The payload capacity is derived from subtracting the empty weight of the truck (empty except for a full tank of gas) from the GVWR - that's where the 1115 on my door sticker above came from.
As I mentioned in my other post, if you've added stuff that wasn't on the truck as it came from the factory (like bed liner, tonneau cover, bed extender, bull bars, etc.), then adjust your payload capacity down by subtracting those items from the payload capacity on your door sticker.
My payload capacity as it came from the factory was 1115. I've added a bed liner and tonneau. I weighed the truck at my local CAT scales and it was 6180.
So....with the stuff I added my payload is down to my GVWR of 7200 minus the 6180, which gives my highly optioned King Ranch 4x4 Off Road a measly 1020 lb payload!
I hope yours is better than that!

BTW....there's another important weight limit that you'll probably be up against - the GCWR (COMBINED weight rating). That's the combined weight of your truck and trailer rig.
Take a look on page 2 of the 2013 F150 Towing info document linked below. In the table there it looks like your GCWR is 13,500 lbs.
You say your truck's GVWR is 7350 lbs. Unless you have the Max Tow and HD packages, it's pretty easy to load your truck up to its GVWR.
Even if you can keep your truck down to a weight of 7000 lbs, subtract that from the GCWR of 13,500 and the max trailer you can tow is 6500 lbs.
I think the trailer you're looking at is probably a little too heavy for your truck, but you'll need to know what your payload capacity is and what the weight of people and stuff you'll be carrying in the cab and bed will be when you're towing.

My truck is nearly same as yours. Mine is StX 4wd 3.55s and 5.0 with same payload. Mine is rated payload of 1693. My truck is very comfortable when towing my 3horse slant Sooner Gooseneck with an ac unit in the big dressing room. The loaded weight with 2horses and gear is 7k and my pin weight is under 1k usually closer to 900. My trailer is set up with all the horse weight on the trailer. There is a pic of my rig in the 5.0 tow numbers s dont make sense thread.

Let's just say loaded, that trailer is 7700 lbs. Most travel trailers have a 13% hitch weight. So your your hitch weight is right at 1000 lbs. If it's heavier, you may go over the receiver 1050 lbs rating.
That heavy hitch weight will leave little payload left, maybe enough for you and your wife but that's about it. No bed cover or gear in your truck.

I'm not really into the whole numbers game, but this trailer weighs 6100lbs empty, no clue what it weighs full of water, booze, and other stuff, but my 5.0, 3.55 with an equalizer hitch pulls and stops it just fine..
