Default Food for thought

So they must have done some significant improvements to the OEM then. Last I heard they were having trouble with them locking up the trailer brakes and the only way to free them was to disconnect the unit????

Never happened with mine. Completely trouble free.

I have probably 25000 kms towing with my OEM TBC. I set it the first time I hooked up the trailer and other than testing it when connected, I have never needed to adjust it. It is always set right. I have had three different TT's attached to my truck and it is always set right. They are completely integrated. Sway control, independently braking the truck or the trailer breaks.
