Hey everyone!

Just picked up a 2014 FX4 loaded with Max Tow and EB. I got the power tow mirrors... Here is my question:

My truck is Stirling Grey but the skull cap on the mirrors are black. Does it only come black or should they be painted to match? Kinda looks funny and even when I took it into the shop for all the protection they said "paint your mirrors".

What colour are yours?

I have the platinum white truck and the bottom of the mirrors are black while the tops are chrome.
I'm not really a fan of ones where the tops are color matched to the truck
Everyone is different but I prefer all black

I have a 2013 Ruby Red FX4 and my factory tow mirrors are black. I like it that way.

I'd be ok with black if it was the plastic black like the bottom of the mirrors but it's actually painted black so there is a contrast. Maybe someday I'll switch them up.

True, the same as the plastic mirror itself would be better.
