Question 2000 F-150 Towing

What do you think about a 2000 F-150 towing around 2 tons across the country 3000 miles? I will be towing a 5 x 8 cargo trailer. Will it be too stressful on such an older truck? Has 140,500 miles. V-8 5.4L. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

As long as maintenance up to date you will be
fine.

Piece of cake. As zx12-Iowa said, as long as the truck is in good condition, that load with that engine is no problem at all.
