Good decision if I say so myself.

Have you had any rubbing running this set-up either way?

Before the wheel spacers, NO rubbing at all. However, after the spacers, I did get the most slight bit of rubbing only on the passenger side - but ONLY during the winter when it snapped pretty cold (right about freezing temps). I think that what happened was the ruberized plastic thing under the bumper "shrunk" (for lack of a better way to say it), and it was just barely touching the wheel when it was turned all the way to the left.

I ended up having to trim a little bit off the corner of that piece, but it was no big deal. A box cutter went right through it like it was butter, and it's such a clean cut that it isn't even noticeable.

I have to admit, I'd forgotten that I had a build thread ... but upon remembering, I figured I should update it. Let's keep in mind, this is my DD, and I also (generally speaking) prefer very modest builds that don't have features that jump out as "aftermarket".

Here's the total list of things I've done, starting from day 1 ...

- added 20% ceramic UV tint to the front windows
- changed OEM antenna to a 14" OEM style antenna
- added AS 1.5" level kit up front
- changed stock rear blocks to 2" blocks from AS
- added bed tool box (carry-over from last truck)
- removed dealer sticker from tailgate
- removed FlexFuel badge from tailgate
- changed factory FX4 bed decals to custom monochrome decals
- added an F150lifts.com grille light kit
- changed the fog lamp bulbs to Xenon 5000K bulbs
- changed tires to 295/60r20 Cooper STT Pro's
- added the OEM bumper grille insert between the bumper pads

- NOTE: I had 1.25" BORA wheels spacers when I was running the Nitto 275/65r20's, but removed them when I changed to the 295/60r20 Coopers. I don't care for having the tires stick out past the fenders.

Mods I'm considering right now are changing to the BOSS front coilovers, and Icon UCA's ... I might do that for a slightly better ride, and a little more height ... so I'd probably also change rear blocks again to keep a little rake, like maybe 1/2". I may also add the F150lifts.com 1" body lift to complete the transformation, but I haven't decided for sure yet.
