Yea I planned on doing that at first but oem parts are pretty expensive ... I'd be better off to go with vinyl and it looks pretty clean too... Unless I could find a pair at a junkyard

This. I say the factory smoked FX4 lights are good enough. Truck doesn't need to be "murdered out", just take all the shiny stuff off.

very nice man, and if you painted your grille surround black to match your truck it would look awesome and would make the bars pop out more

I've dipped my whole grill, truck is tuxedo black and IMO it looks good. Just don't rush it and lay it on thick.

plastidip would be fine I think, it would look better with glossifier, and caps are not too hard to get off, its getting the mirror glass off without breaking it that's hard
