Default Theidiotbox's 2007 Screw build

I've actually been adding things to my truck for the last few months, so I will just play catch up with this thread for now! I also don't have any pictures of the stock truck because my old iPhone had the pictures on it and it's fried. Anyways, without further ado, here we go. Comments and suggestions are more than welcome!!!

The truck is a 2007 XLT SuperCrew 4.6L V8 2WD. The very first thing I did to it (Didn't actually get around to modding it until after about a year after I got it) was to add a ReadyLift 2.5" leveling kit.

The second thing I did was to change the ugly XLT Grille to a Saleen grille. You can see it in later pictures.

Next, I added PTM bushwhacker pocket style fender flares to match the two-tone silver on the bottom of the truck.

Then I added some 18"x9" V-Rock VR1 Overdrive wheels with 33" Nitto Trail Grapplers for a more aggressive look.

After the wheels, I added a custom bent cutback exhaust system with a SIDO Flowmaster Super 44. I LOVE it. this is one of my favorite mods. It's pretty loud, even on a 4.6L. You can see the dual 18" tips in later pictures.

Next, I added an Edge Evolution CT programmer to maximize power and gas mileage. I'm glad I spent the money on this, because it brought my gas mileage from a pretty "eh" 16 MPG to between 18 and 20 MPG city and over 23 MPG highway.

Then I added a smoked LED 3rd brake light along with some smoked aftermarket tail lights for a more unique look. Still not sure if I like my tail lights.

Here are some pictures of what I've done so far.

Mods to come:

APM Ram Air Hood
Adding halo rings to my headlights and possibly painting housings
Window tint
Stenciled Bedliner

I wasn't a huge fan of my tail lights because they were actually a lot different than they appeared in the picture on the website. They were pretty boxy and VERY shiny. The picture showed an almost black color. I have since replaced them with a pair of IPCW black LED tail lights and I LOVE the look. The only issue I have with them is that they don't sit perfectly flush with the body. There is about a 1/4" gap. Otherwise, they are great!

This picture does them no justice. They're actually REALLY bright.
