It's alright. I'm going to apply to a lead I've got either tomorrow or Monday, and start pushing harder on management. I asked HR today if something was in the works or if it was being swept under the rug. They assured me they were working on it but it takes time as they have to document. Not sure what else there is to document after 5 complaints, but whatever.

Autofold mirrors work, apparently I was just impatient or something.
Today I got the auto tile mirrors, didn't realize I'd have to push a button while in reverse to tilt them down, but oh well. Also programmed global windows, which only does the front two windows.

Alright, I got the opportunity to move departments today so I took it. Figure I'll give a month or two to see how the fit is. I turned in an application yesterday at a place, so if things don't get better here in the new department I'll follow up on that application. I'm happy with the direction now, and really just for a decision to be made. Haha

This department is so much better, plus I have actual work now. Hopefully this works... One of the guys from my first department (I'm on the 3rd...) says they're still planning to pull me back when they get busier, so who knows where I'll end up. I'm just taking the opportunity to learn all that I can from each department.

Well, all mods are on full stop. Called today and got pre approved up to $225,000 at 4.25% with 3% minimum down. So now is the time to get serious about buying a house. Really glad I didn't give in and buy that Mossberg Patriot Vortex in .308 Win over the weekend. Haha

Thanks! I'm reconsidering now though... I'm buying because renting is pretty much a mortgage payment, which means if I rent it after I'm done I'll likely be overpriced to cover my mortgage. Currently there's around 350 homes that meet my criteria, and several hundred more that don't. So when I go to sell at the end of this project, that could very likely be the market I have. So then it comes in of how hard will it be to get rid of the house. These are the thoughts constantly running through my head. Lol
