Painted dash pod and installed Edge. Need to figure out what I want to do with my Radar detector as it's not in the best spot now. Might see if I can mount it on the pod itself.

I hardwired my Radar Detector to the overhead lights and ran the wire to the front of the overhead console and have the detector suctioned to the windshield to the left of the console and above the rearview.
When i open the door the detector comes on, it works pretty slick

Could you post up a pic? Which wires specifically did you use? What suction cups do you use?
The little suction cups that come with the detector do not work as we can go from -30 degrees to 100+ degrees and it always falls down.

What happen to your old idler ? Looks a little ruff.

Normal wear and tear. 110,000 miles on it. There wasn't much play even. Everything else under it looks normal for a truck this old and in this climate we live in (you're in Michigan right? Similar weather.)
