Ok here are some pics of the mock up of the rear half of the truck..
Well everyone has been really busy on it ...The frame has been cut and notched, The rear suspension has been pretty much mocked up almost...The other side of the front end has been mocked up as well..

In the first two pictures they have welded the notch in place, and if you notice the rear end is shorter, and the brackets to bolt the brakes, and everything to is just sitting loosely on the tube..Once the rear end is correctly located they will tack everything around it in place .
Then they will measure where the other suspension parts go,and tack them in place, and mock up everything all at once....Once thats done they will remove everything ,finish any welds on the parts, and finish all the welding on the frame, and the notch....
Then send it all out for power coating...

Man this truck is going to be awesome. I can't wait to see the power you get out of that ecoboost. It's awesome everything you are doing for the disabled vets as well. Thanks for your service!

The rear is now located correctly, and the two lower links/control arms are installed...the rear housing is bolted to the lower control arms. The rear housing has the rear gears removed .I believe the new gears should of been set off to the gear shop to make sure that everything is set up correctly by now...3.55 gear set is going back in it,and it will have the new Diff cover which really sets it off,and also holds more oil,and it can be changed with just a spin of the plug, and a dip stick to check it ...

By far one of the most custom builds I have seen. I've worked on some cars with hand controls, but nothing like this. Awesome build. From one vet to another, keep fighting the good fight.

I have had a few set backs after we got it on the road, the shop messed up on a couple of things amusing the wilwood braking kit with 6 piston, and 16 inch rotors to stop like a loaded train a mile long, and the rims got messd up because they didn't set up the front end correctly,so we are working through a couple of things,I have had to get another shop to also work on my truck...my I am hoping everything gets worked out..
