No, none yet! I'm currently working on pulling the Intercooler from between the radiator and HE, and placing it in front so it can get more air. I really don't know why Roush put it there! I've got the new one out front, and when it gets a little warmer, I'm going to route all the hoses and reposition the pump. It pulls pretty hard as is, I'm not looking to race or track. Maybe I'll get some tunes from Troyer or JDM.
Here's mine, it sits on the tranny cooler. I got a KC as well.
JDM probably be your best bet for a tune. Heard Troyer is havin bother at the moment.

Ha! I think I got the same one as you! Mine looks just like that. Did you have to get the air out of the hoses when you switched the coolant? That's the only thing I'm worried about.

Yeah that's the original HE flipped up side down.
No problems with air in the system, I have. KC and Snout cooler integrated, the pump pretty much takes care of it.
The built Manley 09 5.4 3v? I collected all the parts secondhand new and had an engine guy do all the machine work on the block (Need 3k over for Manley pistons and an Alignment home for ARP mains)
