So i finally got my truck back and here is one of the lights installed. I have yet to recieve my harness but it should be in tomorrow. Also, my 70mm RGB rings have yet to come in so this is a waiting game. In the mean time, i would like to here some feedback from you guys on what i should do next. Thanks!

Ok guys, i know that this is an amateur attempt at recreating plain an simple lighting but i had to start somewhere. Here is the final attempt at getting the lights to turn on.
Now i know what you're thinking. "The projector beam is lower than the stock" and it is. The reason being is that when i slid the projector into the original bulb hole, the reflector is angled down, therefor forcing the fit of the projector to slightly angle down. Although i am not worried about the output of light because my Led Pods for my fogs are coming in soon. But once again here is my amateur attempt and i hope you guys enjoy!
Man those headlights look awesome. I'm really contemplating trying to find an old set from someone and trying this out. I hate stock headlights but like this style way more than a set of recons. Keep up the good work man!

Thank you, i feel the same way about the recons. they are nice but the traditional projector look cant be beat. I will say that i went with the "cheapo-depot" route the way i built this process.
Hey man looks good for first time. Dont feel too bad, I bought a set off a guy in Cali that does pro retrofits for BMW's and SRT Neons, his very first attempt at retros on an F150... Cutoff was jacked haha. So I sent em back and a month later I should be getting them next weekend. Have you tried using the adjuster screw on the headlight housing? With those style retros, you can still use the stock adjuster screw and possibly get a bit more height out of them.

You know i haven't tried it. But im taking them apart again to put my halos in next week. I really dont know how to do it to be honest. I know that there is a screw that you cant get to unless you drill a hole in the back of the housing and stick a allen or socket wrench in there.

No no no. Way easier than that. There is a Phillips head screw on the top you can access with a screwdriver from the top of the headlight with it still on the truck. Clockwise is up if I'm not mistaken
