Today I was feeling adventurous. I removed the corner of the bed cover and discovered that I have stake pockets on my truck I am at a loss as to why Ford did not just place the holes in the plastic for us!

Anyway I went down to the local Auto store and purchased me four decent bed stake tie downs and after the rain subsides hope to have them installed today. Of course pictures will follow!

Installed my Kobalt tool box in the truck this eve.

Now I can take all the crap out from under the seats.

The boys will be happy.

Getting over my aggravation with this gas hog. I removed the crappy Hella lights and installed some led lights. I love the leds. So much brighter and easier to drive on the back roads around here.

The LED's look good. How did you do your mirror caps? Saw they were chrome then painted.

Cleaned them with rubbing alcohol and primed them with a self etching primer, wet sanded them and sprayed them. I bought the paint online. 19.00 for the spray can.
