Hey guys, been using this site for a long time without having to post which is great but now I've got issues I can't resolve

I have an 01 f150 5.4l I recently did the t stat and spilled some anti freeze from housing onto the coil and injector, it ran well for a couple days, then all of a sudden it started shaking and an engine light came on, p0171 and p0174.. I replaced the 2 coils the a.f. spilled on and cleaned the maf, still having issues with the shake, was wondering if maybe when I took maf tube off of throttle body I may have ****ed up a wire to the mafs, but I'm at a brick wall now.
