I wouldn't tint them but I would paint the insides. For the headlights I would paint the housings black the projectors white and put clear reflectors. The tail lights I would paint black and paint the red reflectors white or cover them with white reflective tape.

I'm in Philly and www.rebadgedesign.com is where I got the Penn badges which actually look WAY better in person. And since you commented on my post and I noticed I haven't been on here in a while I guess I'll update it a bit.

I went to about 6 shows this past year, won a few trophys and noticed things people were missing or that I had to add so I've already started working on some things for next year. First off was my custom sub box. People never even saw it and I wanted it to hit CRAZY hard so I picked up 2 JL 10 W6 V3 subs and rebuilt my box.

Then I wanted my amps to also be visible so (i dont have pics of it) I added some square stock to the roof of the cab and mounted my 3 amps to it (one for each sub and a 4 channel amp. I also painted the amp fins white to kinda go with the theme. AND of course everything is lit with multi color changing leds that are crazy bright... the following pics were taken during the day.
