I'm hoping to pop the door light covers off and find burnt out bulbs but I don't think I have em.

And idk if those would be very bright. Could you take a close up pic of your plate lights when you get a chance so I can see what I'm lookin for?

I have them in mine and they're alright, I wanted the brighter 5SMD bulb for my moms dome light so I put these in mine. They light it up pretty decent, but the fog lights make it look dimmer lol

The housing is the same but the lens is just a bit too thick for the end SMD to fit.

I put SMD's in my 07 in the plate lights. Just held it as far in as possible and put a healthy amount of silicone around them to keep the water out and hold them together. Worked well. Haven't had issues yet

Lookin at it you can't tell a difference. You can see somewhat of a glow from behind the bumper but other than that it doesn't show

I cant belive its been a year since i updated this. Ill post pics of whats changed. I got new rancho shocks. Dumped exhaust under the truck. New mudstar 305/70/16s. Bolted my tool box in put my trailer plug ins on the bumper. Siliconed my stupid sunroof . And hit a pole.... Used a dent puller and some touch up paint to make it look a little better.

Man I've been gone along time I gotta catch you guys up. My truck is a beat down off road toy/work truck/daily driver. You guys would be surprised how bad I let it get. I lived out of state for a while then when I got back home I bought a house. With all that going on and snowmobiles and atvs taking up my free time my truck has been on the side burner for a long time. The only think I've done to it since my last post is oil changes and beat it to ****. Now that snowmobile season is over (it's my calling) I will have some spare time. Also I just made the last payment on pay day so I have 250 extra a month now an I'm going to put it into my truck.
