My Wild West Edition FX4
We brought this beauty home brand spankin new in July of 2010. Originally we had no plans to do any modifications, because it was such a good looking truck straight stock. Added the camper shell one week later, we raise and train German Shepherds, so this was essential for when I travel with them to competitions.

Drove for 3 years, and after thinking long and hard about trading in for a new Raptor, we decided to just customize our already good looking Red truck, and make it our own. First on the agenda was to add the Trail Grappler tires and Ballistic wheels. I did not want a lift because of our dogs, and kids, so it was not appealing to have to climb in and out of a lifted truck. The FX4 already has a bad a** stance, in my opinion I'm also not a big fan of fender flares, and even though I was warned that those fat tires would throw mud and rocks all over the side of the truck, I love this look. This truck doesn't go off road much. She's more of a highway queen!

Wheels and tires really set this truck off. Some times less is more, and I think your truck shows that.

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on a very nice truck. I think about the only thing you would need to do us some FX/Raptor heads and tails and your truck would be perfect.
X2 on the less is more, and you've done that very well.

I informed DH that all I wanted for Christmas were more custom goodies for my pickup. I was so excited to be unwrapping presents that included new raptor headlights, taillights and red/black Ford emblems. Santa also brought me a mock up image of my truck with new flat black "Wild West Edition" graphics to replace the stock FX4 decals. Husband installed the new headlamps and taillights, then our painter friend applied the new emblems and decals a week after Christmas.

Well I spoke too soon I see, this looks perfect. I'm not big on the camper shells but this one of only a handful of trucks on this forum that pull it off perfectly, great job.
