Default My home made light bar

1997 F150 XLT. Started with 2x4's to get the right angles and fit. Nothing fancy but I like it and I had fun making it. Once I got my 2x4's cut I then used those as templates for my 1/8" thick tubing. Tack weld, double check fit and then weld, prime and paint. I'm using 5" KC Apollo Series lights. 2 Driving and 2 long range. Total cost about 300$. I'll post pictures of the finished product soon.

Here is the finished product. Had lots of fun. Took about 1 day to install the lights. The kit is ok. If you decided to buy this light kit be prepared to buy more wire, connectors, heat shrink and wire loom. Lights them self look nice but I am yet to try them in the dark.

Oh I was going to run the wires inside the tube but I forgot to clean the burrs inside so it did not work out. I chose to use the loom instead, I think It looks ok. Let me know what you guys think.

Looks good man! Only think I would change is the too corners. Maybe put angles on them so it's not suck a sharp corner? Or if your have bender, round them
