After alot of reading in the forum, I could define my Axle and gears ratio.
So i have a 9.75" with 3.55 non limited slip diff.
The truck is my daily, and right now im fine with it as long as the offroading season didnt kick in yet. But by October the offroading begins and im afraid to suffer, since our offroading is mostly dunes and sandy trails. I settled with the 4.56 G&Ps, but yet i didnt decide if ill take the limited slip diff or a locker.
Still debating on these two, any input would be helpful.

Sorry, I don't have any advice on the gear question. However, your truck is pretty sweet. The color of the truck matched with that wheel/tire combo is awesome. I just now saw your thread, so I don't know if you ever finally got those fender flares. The truck looked good with out them, but if you have a picture with them on then may help me change my opinion.

Actually i didnt get them yet, the problem is the shipping, for big packages like the fenders the shipping will cost another like if u were getting another set of fenders if its shipped by airmail. So it will take a while to get them and then painting them to match the body. Hopefully they'll get here soon and ill post pics.
Yes i know the fenders wont cover the whole wheel, but to prevent traffic tickets and dirt all over the body and even looks.

If you are bushwhacking you might consider some protection. Think of what the Raptor does to do this.. at the very least skid plates. And, using the skid plate theme you can redefine the front end also... design some unique one off protection for the grille bringing the plate geometric up and over, using industrial materials of your own choice.. nobody else would have it. Would be happy to help you think this through if you like.. I can 3D model it also... I am an architectural designer. Obviously, you can just go out and buy some bushwhacking bars, painted out... that would look great also.
A friend of mine owns a Raptor and we drive around urban areas in it. The front end on those things is very well thought out, from the perspective of materials that wont dent and degrade in the presence of rocks and the like.
Edit: I just found this .... http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f81/3d-cad-model-f-150-raptor-24466/
via a Google search which produces lots of results: https://www.google.ca/search?q=3D+au...ox-a&gws_rd=cr
