I also received my driveshaft, went to install it and change the Gears/Pinions oil.. All was fine until we got the truck on the rack.

The drivers side Bilstein leaked badly, the seal was shot. It was still on warranty, but there werent any in stock. Since i already have the Fox coilovers and piggys on order, i got the OE shocks back on and the price will be deducted. Also change the driver side bearing.
Now, the truck sits lower in the front and I have to deal with rubbing issues again for a while. On the other hand, These gears made one hell of a difference! its a whole new truck. RPM is a bit higher than im used to at cruising speed but its not a big deal, 120Kmh @2300-2400RPM. Cant wait to try it next weekend in KSA!
On another note, I got rid of the OE side steps and got the N-fab Cab Length in gloss black installed. pics will be posted soon.

Been long since i last updated.
To begin with, i replaced the Bilsteins with new ones on warranty and got the Total Chaos UCA as well. I went on a trip for a week in KSA, I had some issues:
1- the MorePowerTuning 98RON tune wasent stable, the truck keeps revving on neutral. I got the Race shift, but the gear did not downshift when needed. Also the gear temp keeps rising at every single dune. So i went back to the 93 canned tune.
2- The Bilsteins that i installed the day before leaving got shot, again, on the way back. I placed my order for fox 2.5 coilovers w/ resi but they need 4 weeks of fabrication, the rear shocks wont make it on time either because of fabrication, 2.5 shock w/ resi dual speed compression. so i'll just take it lightly for the time being.
3- the Volant PowerCore CAI snapped a couple of times, where i had to stop and tighten the clamps. Might consider a new intake.
On another note, besides facing these issues the truck performed great, the 4.56 gears did a great job, i felt the difference, but still i need more torque.

Cool truck!
Group 4x4ing is the best.

I always wanted to go 4x4ing in the sand, totally different to what I encounter in my area.
