to bond the hood to the scoop just use the right products and you'll have good, lasting results. First, use some 3m panel bond on the 2 mating surfaces (needless to say make sure the surfaces are scuffed and clean) Then pop rivet the hood and scoop together. Put them every few inches. After the panel bond set (24hrs or so) you can either cut down the rivets to make it smoother or just cover them when you layer on the Evercoat kitty hair. One or 2 coats of that and a then some Evercoat rage gold body filler and you'll be set. I've done this and been fine thru winters and summers here without cracks.

Thanks for the info! The scoop I bought bolts on with 6 bolts so I'll probably see how it looks just bolted on because I'm sure I will have to take it off and on multiple times and then I may permanently mount it if I don't like the way it looks.

Still no scoop I was hoping to get it by this weekend but that didn't happen. I ordered it last Tuesday emailed the company yesterday and they said they would ship it Monday WTF? Now I'm pissed off about that because that just delays everything as I haven't been able to order the light bar that goes in it because I need the scoop so I can take some measurements. I don't get how some companies stay in business when they operate like this. So in the mean time here's a couple of *** end shots of the centurion for your viewing pleasure

Lol! I was just using that as an excuse to not lift it. I'm still looking for 08+ superduty axles might as well do it right the first time and not waste money lifting that ****ty dana44
