Default My plans.

hey,

I just posted in the intro section.

I've had my '14 3.5EB SC 6.5' bed for 6 months now. Man this is a sweet truck.

So after lurking for about a year now in preparation for purchasing my truck and deciding what to do with it I have finally decided. My plan has 2 major phases 1) warranty 2) she's all mine.

Phase 1
While the truck is still under warranty I don't want to push my luck. I applaud those that have and have had no problems! I hunt, fish, and camp pretty much year round so I need MTs. Within the next 3-4 weeks I plan on stuffing 33"mts in the wells. I'll also add the 4" heartthrob (personal preference and I like the sound). My dealer says cat back systems are fine but once you get into the drop pipes and cats is when you tiptoe if a warranty issue should arise. The dealer is also a Roush dealer so I'll be doing the Roush Warm aim intake and their tune. I realize there are way better ones out there but that'll come later. And lastly I'm adding a drop can system to keep the fluids out of my system. And I'll continue to black out my truck. So far I've removed my runners and wrapped my handles, bumpers, and mirrors as I am not a big chrome guy. I am not going for power gains right no so much as squeezing more mileage out of it.

I would love to hear from anyone with first hand experience with the above listed products. ( I know there are hundreds of posts about each, I've read them all several times) I just want to hear if you liked it and we're glad you did it or not.

Phase 2)
Once my warranty is up or close to it I will take the reins over from the dealer and start to dig into the truck. This will include lift, 35s+, drop pipes, tune, ....etc... But this will be a while away as I only put maybe 8k miles/year on my vehicles thanks for reading. Look forward to meet everyone, virtually.
