I hope to have one of my own some day. My dad keeps telling me I can have the 76 but I can't just take it from him. Maybe some day I will be able to afford to buy it from him.

Thanks! I have worked SO HARD on this truck and I am very proud of it. Especially since I built it basically from the ground up using many salvaged parts! I appreciate the kind compliments!

Thank you! She sounds mean and nasty for sure! And, with a 4.10 geared Dana 60 out back, it'll boil tires too! I'll look into getting a video!

Thank you much! I actually had to build this thing in my driveway as my 3-car garage is busting at the seams with my '56 project! I had to basically place everything back on with a few bolts each day when I was done working to keep the HOA ***** at bay!

WOW thats one sweet looking truck, I would love to get a old pickup and do pretty much what you did. I really like the raised F O R D letters painted red to match the rims and engine which flow really well with the flat black. Little things like that really set the truck apart from others.

Thanks! There's not much happening to it right now but I could post a few more pics with more details on the individual projects as I did them...

Thank you very much! The truck definitely puts a smile on my face when I drive it...turns quite a few heads too for a 43 year old truck! I will be sort of 'done' with it for a while so that I can turn my attention to my '56. It's been sitting and neglected for too many years now. It was my first vehicle at age 15 and I've owned it since 1987!
