Default My 4x4 build on 1996 f150

Hey everyone so i learned. Lot over the past two years.
Everyone gives me crap for wanting to swap 4x4 into my truck but i found out exactly how to do it. My trucks sentimental to me it was my grandfathers since day one and he gave it to me when he died. I bought a 96 f150 xl like mine but its 4x4 it has I6 and everything also a 5spd. So to do the sway drill out spot welds for 4wd shifter. It was manual locking hubs. Im trading the wiring harness over you need to drill rivets for 2wd front end out and drill the new holes for the 4wd front end. And basically thats all that needs to be done. Everything else is almost exactly the same.

Thats to much work it would require a hell of a lot of mods if i was gonna go that far might as well just go for the solid but its to much work plus my engine and tranny wouldnt like pushin that weight around at all.
