Default My 2016 XL Magnetic

Picked the truck up in August, my first F150.

2016 XL Super Crew Sport, 2,7L EB in magnetic.

First couple mods were tint (20% back, 30% front) and a stubby antenna.

Next up was to add some functionality with a Rostra reverse camera kit. The kit was an easy install, utilized the factory tailgate location and interfaced with the 4.2" display.

Other than putting too much faith in those stupid vampire connections, no issues with the install.

Default Barricade Extreme HD Rear Bumper

The first major exterior mod was adding a Barricade Extreme HD rear bumper. I really like the look of this bumper plus the added side steps. Not too mention its a lot more solid than the stock 3 piece bumper.

Christmas brought some increased flow with a K&N cold air intake.

I've always been a fan of K&N and this kit doesn't disappoint. Really smooths out the intake tubes plus adds a nice aggressive note to the intake without being overbearing.

The aftermarket intake doesn't do anything beyond noise though. So don't expect a lot.

Thanks! Really can't go wrong with the XL, especially for me since I like to modify it gives me the opportunity to add features I want with a great starting platform.

No plans to paint the bumper, its powder coated matte black and I think it looks good with the magnetic. Plus I will eventually go with matte black wheels.

Are you going to change out the front bumper? I'm still debating which one to get
