Rigid in bumper?
Do you not have any trouble with the intercooler "breathing" beings that the light bar like takes up the entire space? Ive looked into this setup but always heard that its a sketchy place to mount it there on the EcoBoosts....

I run the 5.0 couldn't pay me to drive a truck with a v6 in it. Otherwise I probably would have mounted it differently. This way though I got to keep my aftermarket piece in that big hole in the middle, AND add more protection against theft. You would need to remove a lot to get the light out and take some time.
