Default My 2012 STX 5.0 long term build

I'm wanting to make my 5.0 a little quicker and at some point fast i have a K&N CAI and a Flowmaster super40 muffler and I want to get a tune i want the best longest lasting (meaning not gonna kill my truck) that i can get any input would be great! I'm also wanting to trade my headlights and taillights for FX headlights and taillights id be willing to trade plus cash id also like to trade for an FX grill i have a Chrome 6 bar and the stock painted trim with black 3 bar grill

You won't be making the 5.0 a whole lot quicker or faster without some serious coin.

Without dropping a bunch of coin, ditch the Flowmaster in favor of a straight through (I recommend Magnaflow), and a custom tune. If you're 2wd toss some gears in, depending on what you have stock. If you decide you want some serious ***** spring for a twin screw or TVS blower...or turbo.

Ran 14.3 @ 95 hitting the speed limiter before the 1/4 picked up 7 tens over the summer just from air temp
