They actually don't blind anybody when put in right, they shine on the ground and not on cars. I was worried about the same thing, but they fill the void between the truck and the projector beams perfectly. I wired them into my park lights and run them as running lights all the time. They go with the projectors perfectly

color matched the front strip on the bumper





Also took off the FORD logo, unsure if i want to keep it gold. Might try painting it black and seeing if i like it better.
