My 13 FX4
Hello all. I'm fairly new to the board and kinda quiet around here. But, I thought I'd share my truck with everybody because well, I am in love with it. That's not weird, is it?

I changed them for a two reasons: the front coilovers gave me the lift I wanted to pick up the front end and eliminate the factory rake and fit a bigger tire. The second reason is I live in Nevada where we have a lot of dirt roads to explore. The difference is night and day offroad. Not knocking the factory, they rode very nice but the washboards in the dirt roads feel a ton smoother with the king set up. My ride on pavement was smoother with a factory set up for sure though but it's not uncomfortable with the set up I have now. Being a hunter and outdoorsman I would prefer a nicer ride offroad than a nice ride in the city oh and the last reason: I think it looks cool. Haha.

I do notice a drop in mileage yes, not sure what I average. I never calculated before and after the change. It hurts every time I would fill up regardless. Haha. And the tire difference is not huge. Stock should have a diameter of 32.1" and a width of 10.8" roughly. My new tires are roughly 33.6" in diameter and 12.01" wide. Plus a more aggressive tread pattern. It's not a huge drop in mileage though. Maybe 1-2 mpg city driving maybe more depending on if I hot rod it or not. Hope this answers your question!
