Just a little update. My goals for August are: Replace rear windshield with a slider, install 09 Backup camera with custom FORD oval by Moody Blue, install plasti-dipped fender flares, and perhaps finally get around to getting a bumper with Fog lights then installing HID's. Of course I will post pictures up and try and keep up to date as much as possible, August is a big month for me so we shall see how much gets done.

Well my morning got off to great start.. fk I scraped someone's ranger while parking..not just anyone but it happens to be my crazy neighbors, well work neighbor.. ugh!

Well this might be a blessing in disguise. After talking with the body shop and insurance, the other people aren't claiming anything, it buffed out, I am getting a new bumper WITH foglight cutouts and ptm. I'm having him just leave it black though.

Holy sh*t that doesn't look like it would buff out but that's good it did. You should have the entire bumper painted silver I think it would look a lot cleaner.

I know I didn't think it would either but you can hardly tell anything happened now. As for the bumper, it would look cleaner silver but I am doing the bottom half of my truck in black, so if the bumper was silver and the rest of the bottom was black it would look odd.

New bumper on the way. Once I get foglights in and hooked up I will be replacing both foglight bulb and headlights with HID's, 6000k. After that, I will be doing the rear camera, then maybe a custom sub box, not so much of a fan of the JL Audio one, but we shall see. I have a lot planned, it all depends on when I get them all done. I am also going to be doing the exhaust tips in black chrome. I will post pics and keep up to date as much as possible. As well as what I posted above, I have a lot planned for this month and part of the next. My father in law just moved back and he loves working on my truck with me, so when he helps things go faster...that and he can help convince the wife I 'need' things.

Just an update. Bumper didn't make the barge (Island living) so I am waiting another week for that. Also decided to go with LED foglights, been TRYING to get a hold of Extreme Off Road lighting..but to no avail...did they go under? Anyone know of other LED round lights that aren't a fortune? I am also planning on doing some sort of bed liner for my bumpers, rocker panels and fender flares when I get them..any recommendations. I got a quote from a somewhat local shop to do it...1200 but I have to ship my truck to them.. another island. So I would be looking at just under 2k for that, so I am looking for something I could possibly do myself. I have read about Rustoleum and Dupli-Color..but reviews seem to vary. I want something that will be strong, protect against gravel and stuff but still look good and that's easy to clean. Also now on my list are some RGB retrofits...will keep posted about those as I find out more.
