Default My 2011 Ecoboost FX4

Hey Everybody, just thought I'd start a new thread for my truck. I just ordered wheels and tires for her and they should be here in the next few weeks.

2011 Ford F150 SuperCrew Ecoboost
6.5' Bed
Oxford White

At the moment it's all stock, except for the taillights, 3rd Brake Light, and the reflectors in the mirrors I tinted myself.

I have a Rough Country 2.5" Leveling Kit that will be going on when my wheels and tires show up. I ordered 20" XD Misfits +0 offset, with 33"x12.50 Toyo Mt's. I have always ran Nitto Trail Grapplers before and loved them, but decided I wanted to give the Toyo's a try this time around. Picking wheels and the right offset was looking to be the death of me. The picture is mounted with 35's, I just like looking at the combination!

On that note, I never could find a clear answer, but is it possible to run 35's with just a 2.5" leveling kit?

The next plan I have for my truck is to order a Corsa dB Performance 3" Exhaust, and do a resonator delete kit. I'll probably run a RBP tip or something similar cause I like the looks of the black tip. Pierre McGraw on youtube has got me dreaming of this exhuast, only exhaust I've heard that doesn't sound too much like a small rice burner.

Here's his youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXJ5V...ature=youtu.be

From there it'll just depend on finances and what I'm feeling. Here's a list of mods I'd like to do.

aFe Stage 2 Intake
Led Light Bar with N-Fab Style Cab Mount
4" Rancho Lift
GoRecon Projector Dark Tinted Headlights
6000K HID Kit
Replace factory Running boards with N-Fab or similar style

very nice, what did you use to tint the reflector and how many shades if it was painted? I plan on doing the blinker mod to the side mirrors but would like a little tint to them.

Hopefully I'll get my wheels and tires in the next week! It's just a waiting game at the moment!

I eventually want to do the blinker mod too, but am going to wait a little while. I used Rust Oleum Lense Tint. I got it from Auto Zone, and I only did about 1 and a half to two coats on the taillights. Once it dries, it darkens up a lot. I made the mistake on my old truck of doing 3 coats and you couldn't see the lights very well during the day. I'll get a better picture of the taillights tomorrow.

yea they're too orange for me right now. I want it just slightly tinted, not much. enough to be subtle with the blinker mod. I was looking at a few LED strips at my local advance auto and one is really bright so it being tinted will still reflect more light.

35s will fit with a level, I had the 2.5"/3" Autospring kit with 35X12.50R20s and -12 offset 20x9s. This took a lot of trimming though.

This thread will help you MUCH!

Default Updated Pictures

Ok so my wheels shipped into the local hub on Friday before work. I called and they said they could deliver them Monday or I could pick them up myself on Friday, so I rushed over before work of course to pick them up!

I decided to install them on Saturday evening, but didn't get to get my leveling kit installed. The tires rub a tiny bit, but it's not as bad as my old chevy used to so until I have a free weekend I'll be running it like this. We are in the middle of selling and buying a new home so time has been limited.

This is how it currently sits, and I love how it turned out. I can't walk away without making multiple look backs to check it out. Can't wait to see how it sits with the leveling kit!

Nice Man! Love the look. The Leveling Kit helps. Really want to pick up the 3in Lift Blocks for the rear.
