I've been putting together a small list of things that i still need/want for the truck. So as I find good deals on things i will add.

Plans:

-Replace drivers rear tail light (Currently chrome backing and looks real dumb when the passenger side is the original black)

-Vent visors of some type.

-Polish my old nasty tool box.

-Tonneau cover to go behind my tool box.

-Window tinting.

-Professional undercoating.

-Some type of tuner.

-Either a 2'' level, or very small lift.

-A/T type tires.

-Thinking about an oil separator kit.

This is really what I'm going for look wise. A simple looker daily-driver truck that i can use for light work.

I had a Wrangler on 35's and it just wasn't a easy daily-driver type of ride. I learned my lesson with that, and want a lift but nothing that will fit over a 33'' tire.

Did some measurements today at each corner of the truck trying to decide if I want a leveling kit or small lift. From lip to pavement.

Drivers front: 36.625"
Passenger front: 36.9375"
Drivers rear: 38.4375"
Passenger rear: 38.9375"

So currently the truck has just over 2" of rake. I don't mind some rake but 2" is a lot to me.

Thinking about the AutoSpring kit with 2.5" front spacers and 3" rear blocks. This will raise the truck and have a little over 1" of rake.

Been gingerly taking the truck hunting and the sound of the corn stalks on the front valence and under side make me grit my teeth.

I have a 2in Leveling Kit and run 17x9s on 33s. I really want to put a 4in Lift with 2 or 3in Lift Blocks on my truck, but don't want to put 35s and 18s on my truck. I've already noticed the loss of gas mileage on my truck and don't want to lose anymore. I'm trying to save up for a CAI, Exhaust Kit and Programmer.

I've heard the same thing about going over 33's on a Jeep, but have heard daily driving is still good on 35's on a truck like these.

I have 33's on our Jeep and that's about as big as I'll go for DD Jeep. Do you honestly think 35's on the F-150 will be that bad?

I do also want an exhaust and programmer eventually. But I want the lift and tires more. Got any pics?

Prolly on a f150 35's won't be as bad. I ran them on a tj so I think it made the situation way worse for daily driving. I have the stock 18" rims and the price is insane from 33's to 35's. I'm sure the 35's would look sweet though.

One thing about these trucks is that they are like jeeps in this aspect; You can stuff a pretty big tire under there with minimal lift!

I really want to keep my stock rims as they are pretty sweet. Maybe the only thing I would ever replace themwith are some 17" Raptor rims.

Scored a drivers rear tail light off a Raptor on eBay today for $60 shipped! Most in decent condition go for $90-plus! Can't wait to have the correct set of matching tail lights.

Nice! I wouldn't have minded a crew cab at all. But I couldn't pass up the deal on mine.

Thinking about peeling the FX4 sticker off to make it look cleaner.
