mjmck's 2011 Supercab Fx4
Bought this truck 10/16/2013 in Batavia NY. Plans will be subtle for now until next summer, but i wanted a place to hold all the pictures and progress of the truck.
The truck was definitely used as a work truck, the bed has many scratches and a few dents and dings all around. I had my heart set on a 5.0L Fx4 when I stumbled on this one owner ride. Its loaded to the gills, with NAV, black leather and moon roof.
Underside is in really good shape as that mainly what i wanted out of it.
Already put my old tool box on the truck, i got sick of seeing my tools on the nice leather back seat. Will get a pic of that tomorrow.
I just ordered a set of Weathertech Digital Fit mud flaps, mainly because they are a no drill installation. Next mods will be an OEM f150 bug shield, and a set of vent visors.
I really want to buy the in-channel visors but did a lot of research on how the 2011+ bounce windows don't like them. So i may sacrifice some looks and go with the stick on type.
I also need to purchase a drivers rear black tail light as someone put a stock chrome style light in it. The passenger is the stock black style.
Pics to come in a minute, my computer wont let me copy the photobucket links...

Yes it should, and half does. This truck was backed into before I bought it. And it looks as if when the insurance company did the repair they put the wrong tail light in it on the drivers side. The passenger side has the correct tail light in it. That is on the list of fixes, I'm currently looking for a used driver tail with the black backing.

Well went on a spree today ordering a few things. I purchased the OEM bug shield, 5.0L coyote V8 badge for the tailgate to replace the flex fuel, and am awaiting an invoice from Joe with his custom 5.0L stickers for my doors.
Think the next mods will be weather tech floor liners and replace the chrome tail light.

No its not. Will be an aftermarket add on. The clear coat is peeling off my flex fuel badge, so I was thinking on getting rid of it. Then I saw a few pictures on the forum here of people putting the 5.0L Coyote V8 badge in its place and looks real good. The badges are on eBay for dirt cheap.
